GITEX Impact Leaders are sustainability leaders with a substantial record of impact and collaboration at an organizational and personal level. GITEX Impact Leaders become members of the GITEX Impact CSO Business Club, world’s largest community of sustainability leaders coming together to build a more resilient, inclusive and sustainable future.
Founded by the Dubai World Trade Centre in partnership with Sustain Labs Paris in 2023. Aligned with GITEX Impact’s mission, the CSO Business Club seeks to drive collaborations with the belief that today’s pressing problems present an opportunity to build a more sustainable future across sectors and boundaries.

In just two years, the GITEX Impact has grown into a 500 GITEX Impact Leaders community, with 300 Impact Leaders selected in 2023 and 200 more joining in 2024. The Impact Leaders come from all corners of the world but are united by a shared goal: to lead global sustainability forward.

GITEX Impact Leaders are invited to attend GITEX Global and GITEX Impact, with access to an exclusive, curated program built around their roles in driving impact.
Learning Journeys
Each year, Impact Leaders get the opportunity to partake in learning journeys, for a duration of approximately 3 days each, at a destination where sustainability is powerfullydemonstrated, thereby offering a chance for Impact Leaders to experience breakthrough ideas.
CSO Forums
Impact Leaders receive invitation to a 1 day exclusively curated program during GITEX Impact. The program includes immersive learning and experiences, designed such that Impact Leaders can get to know each other, learn from each other, and support each other.
Online workshops & Knowledge Weeks
Impact Leaders are invited to exclusive workshops and knowledge weeks on
current issues related to sustainability, from time to time.
Breakfast Meetings
Impact Leaders receive an invitation to breakfast meetings. The calendar, including the location, of the breakfast meetings are provided in advance.
GITEX Impact Councils
Impact Leaders receive invitations to participate in GITEX Impact Councils. GITEX Impact Councils are the world’s foremost multi stakeholder and interdisciplinary knowledge network dedicated to promoting innovative technologies to shape a more resilient, inclusive and sustainable future.
LinkedIn Members Group
Impact Leaders are invited to the CSO Business Club LinkedIn group, and engage all year round Linkedin group discussions with fellow Impact Leaders.
Education
GITEX Impact Leaders receive 25% - 100% scholarships on fees for pursuing executive education for global climate action programs.
How it works

Nominations
Sustain Labs Paris conducts extensive research in-depth research all year round for identifying GITEX Impact Leaders. An individual can also be nominated by writing us to [email protected]. The team carries out its due diligence, and if passed successfully, the individual becomes part of the GITEX Impact Leaders list published annually as a public press release.

Acceptance
Upon receiving the invitation to join the community of GITEX Impact Leaders and therefore membership to the CSO Business Club, GITEX Impact Leaders are invited to an introductory acceptance meeting.

The CSO Business Club community manager by Sustain Labs Paris is the Impact Leaders’ point of contact at the CSO Business Club, to help facilitate connections, conversations, and curate experiences.

Duration
Membership to the GITEX Impact Leaders community is for 3 years and free of cost. At the end of 3 year membership tenure, membership can be renewed.
