Torfs is the Co-Founder of Glowfish Ventures, a venture builder that funds, builds, and operates high-growth tech ventures from the ground up through a private equity approach of hands-on operational involvement to help de-risk deployed capital and maximize value creation. Through his investments he has helped build and been a board member of ventures such as oladoc.com and CarSwitch. Torfs has also co-founded the companies ServiceMarket.com and MobiMatter. He has been a part of the publication on Network Neutrality: An Opportunity to Create a Sustainable Industry Model, under the World Economic Forum, Global Information Technology Report. He obtained his education from Vlerick Business School and the University of Antwerp.
