Narain is Managing Partner at Pulsar Capital. For over ten years, he served as a Partner and Managing Director of TPG Growth, a global private equity firm with assets over $13.5 billion under management. He led investments of approximately $1 billion and was a board member of several companies, including Asiri Hospitals, Global Gene Corp, and Dodla Dairy, among others. Prior to joining TPG Growth, Narain was an investor with Bessemer Venture Partners in New York, and was an Engagement Manager in McKinsey’s Private Equity Practice in Palo Alto and London. He holds an MBA from Stanford University, a Master of Technology from the Indian Institute of Technology, New Delhi, and a Diploma in Global Leadership and Public Policy from the Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University. Narain was selected as a Young Global Leader in 2014 and was nominated as an Aspen Fellow in the same year.
