She is currently the Head of HR Consulting MENAT at HSBC, and has previously worked in similar roles at First Abu Dhabi Bank, Emirates Group, and People Measures. With over 14 years of experience in her field and a Masters in Industrial and Organisational Psychology from Deakin University, Kypuros is excited about the future of work and enjoys scaling initiatives across diverse, remote, and multifunctional organizations.
