• CoP 27, on 6 – 18 November 2022, in Sharm El Sheikh, Egypt, is all about follow through from actions planned last year in Glasgow.

• Countries will get down to enlisting how they are going to accomplish the goals they have already set—including how to pay for climate action.

• Expected spotlight topics at COP27 include adapting to climate change, loss and damage from climate driven disasters, and possibly more ambitious commitments as world leaders accelerate their climate plans to meet the urgency of our moment.
